The Professional Selling Student Ambassadors are selected based on their performance in the initial class of the sales concentration. Their skills are tested on role play performance, written and oral communication assignments, the ability to interact effectively in social settings, and knowledge of the sales process.
The interview process is rigorous and is conducted by the current student ambassadors who interview the prospective ambassadors personally. Selected from an initial field of 400 students annually, the 25 students who are chosen interact with the corporate partners to make their on campus visits productive. They also respond to requests and preside at special events.
